Ceramic coating vs wax vs sealant

All three do the same basic job — put a sacrificial layer between your clear coat and the environment. They differ in what they are made of, how long they survive, and how much preparation they demand.

Carnauba wax

Natural, warm-looking, easy to apply, and the least durable of the three. Heat is its enemy, and Mesa summers are extremely good at removing wax.
